Technical Project Manager – Data, Cloud & AI

Location: Livermore, CA (Hybrid)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Local candidates only

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives across Data, Cloud, and AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, Jira, and Confluence, along with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve project planning, tracking, reporting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical teams to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change control.

• Drive Agile project execution and facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and status reporting.

• Utilize Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and other project management tools to support delivery.

• Leverage AI tools to improve project management processes, requirements management, planning, and reporting.

• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Prepare project plans, proposals, budgets, presentations, and monthly status reports.

• Support project portfolio management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Significant experience in IT or Technical Project Management.

• Proven experience delivering Data, Cloud, and AI-related projects.

• Strong experience with Agile project management methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for project management.

• Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and stakeholder management.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
