Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Informatica TDM Lead to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica Data Testing and will be responsible for leading data management initiatives, ensuring data quality, and implementing best practices in data testing. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Informatica TDM solutions to support data management and testing processes.
Develop and execute data testing strategies to ensure data integrity and quality across various projects.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define data testing needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Informatica tools and data testing methodologies.
Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data management and testing.
Document processes, workflows, and best practices for data testing and management.
Mandatory Skills:
5 - 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on data management.
Strong expertise in Informatica Data Testing, including the ability to design and execute test cases.
Proficient in data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques.
Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality tools.
Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud based data solutions and ETL processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
Experience with other data testing tools and frameworks.
