DUTIES: With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for
the following: Estimate, design, implement, and execute comprehensive testing strategies,
including test plans, manual test cases, and automated scripts to validate software quality.
Review and approve test cases and Create automation scripts using BDD/TDD framework to
ensure end to end test coverage and alignment with technical and functional requirements.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for regression, functional, integration, data layer
and API testing across platforms. Lead and mentor QA engineers on testing methodologies,
automation practices, and defect management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to analyze requirements, provide testability feedback, and ensure quality integration. Estimate
QA effort and resources for project planning and participate in sprint grooming and release
activities. Coordinate non-functional testing, including performance testing using tools like
JMeter or Locust, and security testing based on OWASP standards. Identify, track, and validate
software defects; perform root cause analysis and support resolution efforts. Prepare and
maintain QA documentation and artifacts such as test reports, traceability matrices, and formal
QA signoffs. Utilize generative AI tools to enhance Automation test scripts, including test case
generation and defect classification.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electronics & Communication
Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related
field. Requires 5 years of experience in the job or as Technical Lead- Testing, Software
Development Engineer in Testing, Automation QA Lead, QA Lead, Test Lead, Lead Quality
Assurance Engineer, Team Leader- Testing, or a related field. Required experience must include
experience in Tricentis TOSCA, Playwright, JavaScript, Typescript, Postman, RESTAssured,
SoapUI, Jira, and Tricentis qTest. Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the
United States.
