Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis.
Develop process maps, workflows, and business models using appropriate tools.
Support UAT planning, test case reviews, defect resolution, and business validation.
Prioritize requirements and maintain product/project backlogs in Agile environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Track requirements throughout the SDLC and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
Prepare status reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Support change management and ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst.
Strong experience in requirements analysis, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and MS Office/Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Experience with UAT, gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement.
