Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and leadership to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and JAD sessions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate business requirements into detailed requirements for development and QA teams.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, root-cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, Data Engineers, and Architects.
• Manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test scenarios, test cases, and UAT requirements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with defect resolution.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and validate business rules and data requirements.
• Track requirements and maintain traceability matrices.
• Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
• Support production releases, post-production validation, and issue resolution.
