BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing, is seeking a
Senior BizTalk Integration Engineer to support business-critical integrations, assist with an active data-center migration, and help prepare for a future transition to
Azure Integration Services.
This hands-on opportunity combines development, production support, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and integration modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 integrations, including orchestrations, pipelines, maps, schemas, adapters, ports, and host instances.
- Troubleshoot issues involving BizTalk, SQL Server, SAP, file transfers, certificates, networking, and dependent applications.
- Support EDI, AS2, SFTP, FTP, file-based, web-service, and SAP integrations.
- Assist with data-center migration planning, connectivity validation, cutover execution, and post-migration stabilization.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing with application, SAP, infrastructure, database, networking, security, and business teams.
- Monitor and recover failed or suspended transactions while minimizing business disruption.
- Support deployments, production changes, and incident resolution, including planned after-hours activities.
- Capture knowledge from a retiring team member, maintain documentation and support runbooks, and cross-train colleagues.
- Contribute to modernization planning and the transition to Azure Integration Services and API-led integration patterns.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on BizTalk Server development and production-support experience.
- C#/.NET development experience.
- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting high-volume, business-critical enterprise integrations.
- Experience with EDI, AS2, SFTP, JMS queues/ESB, REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting certificates, authentication, connectivity, firewall, and network-related issues.
- Knowledge of BizTalk deployments, bindings, configuration, monitoring, and recovery procedures.
- Ability to independently diagnose complex production issues across multiple platforms.
- Strong communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
- Availability for planned after-hours migrations, implementations, and critical incident support.
Preferred Qualifications
- BizTalk integration experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Experience supporting data-center migrations or major infrastructure transitions.
- Experience with BizTalk EDI processing, trading-partner management, and high-volume B2B integrations.
- Familiarity with highly available BizTalk and SQL Server architectures.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Event Grid, or API Management.
- Experience migrating legacy BizTalk integrations to cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, and automated deployments.

A senior, hands-on integration professional who can quickly take ownership of an established BizTalk environment, resolve complex production issues, and balance migration priorities with documentation, cross-training, and modernization.
