We have an urgent need for a Data Test Lead for a hybrid opportunity in Jacksonville, FL 32234. This is a long-term engagement where you will play a key role in driving data quality initiatives, leading testing strategies, and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple data programs.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end ETL testing efforts, define testing strategies, and drive automation solutions across large-scale data initiatives. You will be responsible for validating complex data transformations, ensuring data integrity across systems, and working extensively with database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, and functions in Microsoft SQL Server. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing defect tracking through tools like Jira, and ensuring timely delivery in an onsite-offshore model. You will also contribute to building automation test suites, optimizing testing processes, and driving continuous improvement in data validation practices.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ETL testing, advanced SQL query writing, and experience in defining test strategies and automation frameworks. You should be capable of owning deliverables independently, driving client conversations, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience working in distributed team environments are essential for success in this role.
