What You Will Do

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, routing structures, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Establish standard work, cycle times, and line balancing to support production goals
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across labor, materials, and operations
  • Support new product launches, pilot builds, and production validations
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges
  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive corrective actions when needed
  • Support compliance with quality standards including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience developing process documentation, BOMs, routings, and standard work
  • Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and engineering change management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Automotive or IATF 16949 experience is a plus
