Gear Up for Success With:
- 1+ year of electrical assembly experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and good attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow through hands-on training
What You'll Be Hands-On With:
- Assemble cable boxes and electrical components according to schematics and work instructions
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and assembly drawings
- Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in on-the-job training and shadowing to learn company processes
