We are seeking a Senior UKG Workforce Pro Functional Consultant to support a large-scale workforce management implementation. This is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on requirements gathering, functional design, and advisory support, particularly within Time & Attendance.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing UKG Workforce Pro and migrating from Kronos, with strong expertise in translating business requirements into scalable workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with HR, Payroll, and operations teams
• Facilitate workshops to define current and future state processes
• Translate Kronos requirements into UKG Workforce Pro solutions
• Provide functional guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support testing, UAT, and validation of timekeeping rules
• Collaborate with stakeholders and implementation teams
• Identify gaps, risks, and compliance issues

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with at least one full UKG Workforce Pro implementation
• Strong expertise in Time & Attendance
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and business analysis
• Experience migrating from Kronos to UKG Workforce Pro
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, logistics, or field services industries
• Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Boomi)
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
