Introduction:

We are seeking experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultants to join our team. As a UKG Pro WFM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on how to best utilize the UKG Pro platform to achieve their workforce management goals.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions for clients
Provide training and support to clients on how to use the UKG Pro platform effectively
Analyze client requirements and recommend best practices for optimizing their workforce management processes
Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot any issues or challenges they may encounter with the UKG Pro platform
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workforce management to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions

Requirements:

Required Skills:

A strong background as a WFM Pro (UKG Pro Workforce Management) timekeeping specialist
Experience implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Certification in UKG Pro Workforce Management
Experience working with clients in a consulting capacity
Knowledge of other workforce management platforms in addition to UKG Pro
