We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer with strong experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions, ETL processes, and reporting systems to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Create, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting and data requirements.
• Perform data analysis, data validation, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule and manage batch jobs and workflows using SQL Server Agent.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Document technical designs, data flows, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012/2016/2019 or later).
• Hands-on experience with:
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL development
• SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for report creation
• Proficiency in T-SQL, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Agent, job scheduling, and automation.
• Understanding of data modeling and database design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or cloud-based ETL tools.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic knowledge of .NET or scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer with SSIS and SSRS (or more based on role level).
