  • Securities Operations and Trade Lifecycle Expertise
  • Deep understanding of trade processing, settlement, and operational risk controls across multiple functions within Securities Operations.

  • Ability to assess complex operational issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions while balancing accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

  • Experience implementing AI or Copilot solutions in an operational environment
  • Including building knowledge-based tools or workflow optimization solutions.
  • Contact Center or Frontline Support Experience
  • Understanding of call flows, agent needs, and how operational guidance is consumed in real-time environments.
  • Experience with automation or workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint, knowledge bases)
  • Supporting scalability and integration of operational processes.
Is prior experience in financial services or previous employment with client considered a requirement or an asset?
  • 1 Previous client experience is considered a strong asset, as it may accelerate onboarding and familiarity with internal systems and processes
  • Any specific Education/License Requirements TBD, but not that I can think of at this point
In this role, candidates will:
  • Lead complex lifecycle initiatives and support tasks, including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as a key participant in large-scale planning and deliverables; identify opportunities for process improvements within Securities Operations, including AI-enabled optimization
  • Review and analyze complex, multifaceted, larger scale or longer-term operational tasks or challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented scenarios
  • Make decisions in complex situations related to full trade processes while leveraging a strong understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and midlevel to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor
  • Translate operational processes into structured, scalable frameworks that support consistency, knowledge reuse, and AI-driven solutions
  • Manage and develop expertise in key operational processes including client account onboarding, cash payments, customer service, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, structured loan operations, and general ledger reconciliation
  • Resolve complex escalated issues within the scope of responsibility in Securities Operations
  • Research complex business risks, develop policies, enhance customer satisfaction, and review time-sensitive documents and transaction requests
  • Exercise independent judgment in understanding trade settlement and influence workflow controls to minimize the effects of operational breakdowns
  • Lead overall effectiveness of the team according to plans; monitor daily securities and cash-related production work
  • Lead implementation of projects, new or revised processes, and procedures that require coordination across operational teams; perform analysis for initiatives that support business strategies and involve financial impact and risk considerations
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Pay Range: $53 - $60/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
