Position: Business Execution Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 5+ Months (Possible extension or conversion to FTE)
NOTE: THIS IS ON W2 Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables, review and analyse moderately complex challenges, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables. This role requires leveraging a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities: - Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.
- Review and analyse moderately complex Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
- Gather, refine, and archive documentation associated with change governance forums.
- Manage Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiatives and change events in the ECM platform (The Registry).
- Attend and potentially present at governance forums to large audiences.
- Take meeting minutes at forums and distribute them appropriately.
- Handle issues management reporting and work with controls teams.

Requirements: - Risk governance is a plus, MS Office (Sharepoint and Powerpoint)

Qualifications: - 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Jira is a plus.
- Strong presentation and project management skills.
- Experience with technology SDLC processes and documentation is a plus.
- Knowledge of Business Process Improvement and Continuous Process Improvement.
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices.

Pay Range: $55 - $60
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
