Position: Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent

Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. This role involves contributing to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities: - Govern hardware and software products approaching or surpassing end-of-support (EoS).
- Ensure supporting EoS ServiceNow functionality operates as expected and manage enhancements to that functionality.
- Create and prioritize user stories, perform testing, and validate outcomes.
- Leverage ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data and Power BI to identify potential issues.
- Partner with Product Owners and technology teams to ensure remediation plans are in place and progressing as expected.
- Follow up on at-risk items to drive accountability and timely resolution, escalating where necessary.
- Develop clear and concise PowerPoint materials to support executive risk committee and governance reporting.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with leadership expectations.
Qualifications: - 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience writing user stories, participating in scrum routines, and conducting testing.
- Strong data analytics background and experience managing policy governance.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, ServiceNow, Postman, RESTful APIs, Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to represent complex data in an executive presentation format to enable action.
- Experience with stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Pay Range: $50 - $60 / hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
