Job Description:

  • The GenAI Portfolio Manager oversees the integrated delivery of multiple GenAI initiatives across the enterprise.
  • This role provides centralized coordination, dependency management, and risk oversight to ensure GenAI programs deliver on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities.
  • The role is accountable for portfolio level transparency, release alignment, and delivery discipline across teams.
Key Responsibilities (R&R):
  • Manage the end-to-end GenAI portfolio across concurrent initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery and release plans.
  • Coordinate cross initiative dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Identify risks, issues, and delivery bottlenecks early and drive mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate portfolio governance forums and leadership reviews.
  • Track delivery commitments and hold action owners accountable.
  • Partner with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Risk teams on sequencing and prioritization.
  • Support release train or scaled delivery models where applicable.
Key Deliverables:
  • GenAI portfolio roadmap and integrated release plans
  • Dependency maps and risk registers
  • Portfolio dashboards (status, milestones, risks, dependencies)
  • Executive delivery summaries and decision packs
  • Remediation and recovery plans for at risk initiatives
Required Technical Skills:
  • Enterprise program and portfolio management
  • Scaled Agile / Release Train Engineering (SAFe or similar)
  • Dependency and risk management
  • Financial and capacity tracking (desirable)
  • Delivery governance and reporting tools (Jira, Planview, MS Project, etc.)
Required Competencies:
  • Strong execution and delivery discipline
  • Proactive risk identification and problem solving
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Structured communication with senior leadership
  • Comfort operating in complex, multi stakeholder environments
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range: $60 - $70

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
