Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile methodologies. This role involves reviewing and analyzing multi-faceted challenges, contributing to the resolution of complex situations, and strategically collaborating with client personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and enterprise-level delivery management.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.
- Enable delivery planning, execution, and dependency management across multiple teams.
- Remove systemic and cross-team impediments impacting delivery flow.
- Lead and influence Agile scaling and transformation efforts.
- Coordinate enterprise release delivery activities and support change management processes.
- Coach Scrum Masters, teams, and leaders toward high-performing Agile behaviors.
- Communicate effectively across technical, product, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications: - 5 years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Lead Scrum Master, or Senior Scrum Master.
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously (minimum of 3 teams).
- Strong background in Agile transformation and scaling strategies.
- Experience operating in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in financial services, especially treasury or balance sheet-related domains.
- Experience with cloud transformation initiatives, including Azure migration.
- Exposure to or understanding of evolving AI delivery lifecycles.

Pay Range: $63 - $66
