Job DetailsThe Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic yet highly execution-oriented leader to oversee enterprise growth initiatives across center development, referral growth, marketing, and payer expansion. Depending on experience, this hire may come in at either a Chief or VP level.
This role will lead the company's national growth strategy while also ensuring operational execution across de novo expansion, referral generation, market development, and scalable infrastructure.
The ideal candidate combines:
- Multi-site healthcare growth leadership
- High-volume expansion/development experience

- Executive-level communication and analytics capabilities
This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Expansion
- Lead enterprise growth strategy across new markets, center openings, referrals, and service expansion
- Drive de novo center development from market strategy through opening
- Oversee site selection, lease negotiation, permitting, construction coordination, and opening cadence
- Manage vendor, broker, landlord, and development partner relationships
- Evaluate demographic, economic, and competitive market opportunities
Sales, Referrals & Growth Operations
- Oversee referral growth strategies across physicians, schools, healthcare systems, and payors
- Develop scalable growth infrastructure, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting tools
- Improve pipeline visibility, territory alignment, and conversion metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, recruiting, and clinical leadership
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Oversee digital marketing and regional growth initiatives
- Partner with marketing leadership to optimize CAC/LTV performance
- Support brand awareness, PR strategy, and market positioning efforts
- Ensure consistency across growth messaging and expansion initiatives
Payor & Strategic Partnerships
- Support development of strategic relationships with regional and national payors
- Assist in growth strategy related to value-based care initiatives and reimbursement expansion
- Collaborate with leadership regarding market access and long-term growth planning
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Direct experience opening multiple locations annually (15+ per year preferred)
Hands-on ownership of the full development lifecycle (site selection lease permitting construction opening)
Experience in multi-site expansion environments (clinics, centers, retail, or service-based locations)
Strong background in lease negotiation, landlord management, and vendor oversight
Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Background
Healthcare, behavioral health, dental, veterinary, childcare, fitness, or other multi-site service industries
Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments
Multi-state expansion experience
California market experience strongly preferred
