Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing Kubernetes-based environments.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) or OpenShift Container Platform.
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, networking, storage, monitoring, and resource management.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
Strong knowledge of Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices.
Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM/Bicep).
Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, networking, and security principles.
