Payrate: $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Summary:
This position involves operational IT support. The role is a mix of break/fix and project work dealing with computers, printers, scan guns, and network equipment.

Responsibilities:

Configure and deploy computers, scanners, and printers.
Replace printer toner and dispose of outdated assets.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues using ServiceNow queues.
Maintain effective email communications and create basic records such as asset management.
Identify and resolve problems with processes/operations or report them to others when necessary.
Maintain equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes or procedures.
Apply technical knowledge to improve processes or operations.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals.
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, plus intranet and internet functions.
Knowledge of computer security policies and general computer security concepts.
1 year or more IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered.

Desired Skills:

Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
High School or secondary diploma or equivalent.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
