We are hiring HR Technology Data & Reporting Analyst!

Role: HR Technology Data & Reporting Analyst

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Merrifield, VA (Hybrid)

Assignment Type: Contract Only

Duration: ~6 Months

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled HR Technology Data & Reporting Analyst to drive data-driven insights across HR Technology operations. In this role, you will design impactful dashboards, streamline and automate reporting processes, and deliver real-time analytics that improve operational performance and service delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with enterprise platforms and turn complex data into actionable insights that support both leadership and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate and consolidate data across platforms including Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow (HRSD), Azure DevOps, and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions highlighting operational performance, trends, incidents, and SLA metrics
  • Develop clear, compelling data visualizations and executive-level reporting
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create reporting across Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, including metrics such as epics, user stories, throughput, velocity, cases, incidents, and resolution trends
  • Leverage AI tools to automate reporting processes, improve data quality, and surface predictive insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Experience with HR Technology platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
  • Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
  • Experience integrating and aggregating data across multiple systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Preferred: Experience with AI/ML tools, executive-level reporting, and Agile metrics


Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $45.00 and $66.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
