Key Responsibilities:- Lead Segregation of Duties (SoD) design, assessments, and remediation planning across Oracle HCM modules
- Partner with Audit and Risk teams to define and maintain control frameworks, policies, and monitoring strategies
- Conduct access reviews, user provisioning validations, and certifications
- Design and build automated audit solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools
- Develop dashboards and real-time reporting to provide visibility into risk and compliance posture
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI-driven techniques to detect anomalies and potential control gaps
- Support Oracle HCM implementation, enhancements, and quarterly releases with a focus on security and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure system design and configuration
- Identify opportunities to automate manual compliance processes and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, standards, and governance materials
Qualifications:- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (functional, technical, or hybrid)
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Security, including roles, data security, and user provisioning
- Proven experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and access controls
- Background in audit, risk, or compliance within HCM environments
- Experience building reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar tools
- Familiarity with automation, analytics, and AI-driven monitoring solutions
- Strong understanding of SaaS data flows, integrations, and security models
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $65.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
