Duration: Approx. 6 months

Key Responsibilities:- Perform user access reviews and manage privileged access within Oracle ERP Fusion
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve security and compliance alerts using Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
- Track incidents end-to-end, including intake, escalation, resolution, and reporting
- Support audit readiness efforts and collaborate with auditors on compliance requirements
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on security controls and execution
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements; identify process improvements
- Develop and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios for system updates
- Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation (SOPs, process guides, audit artifacts)
- Drive coordination across stakeholders, meetings, and action items
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and AI tools
Qualifications:- 5-10 years of experience in Finance Technology, ERP security, or related field
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP Fusion security (roles, privileges, data access)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
- Solid understanding of ICFR and compliance frameworks
- Experience with user access management, risk monitoring, and incident handling
- Ability to work across Finance, Procurement, and HR ERP modules
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders and drive deliverables to completion
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $49.74 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
