Title : PeopleSoft FSCM Support Analyst (L2)
Location : Cincinnati, OH Onsite
Duration : 6+Months
Rate : $50/hr on W2

Detailed Job Description & Must Have Skills
· Provide L2 application support for PeopleSoft Financials modules such as AP, AR, GL, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional and technical issues escalated from L1.
Ensure system stability and timely resolution of production incidents.
Work with business users to understand finance processes and resolve issues.
Support key processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
Assist with testing during patching, upgrades, and enhancements.
Use PeopleSoft tools (read‐only or limited development involvement) such as: SQL, PeopleSoft Query, PeopleSoft Process Monitor & Report Manager
Perform root cause analysis and inform L3/development when code changes are needed
Work closely with L3 technical teams for enhancements and defect fixes.
Document resolutions, SOPs, and best practices.
Preferred Requirements
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Good knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts).
Experience with PeopleSoft tools (SQL, Oracle, PeopleTools stack familiarity).
Functional understanding of financial processes (e.g., Procure‐to‐Pay, Order‐to‐Cash).
Good communication and collaboration skills.
