Job Description
SAP Coupa Consultant
• Strong experience in Coupa Procurement / Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay) implementation and support
• Hands-on experience in Coupa configuration, integration, and deployment across enterprise environments
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP (S/4HANA / ECC) or other ERP systems
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
o 5+ years of experience in Coupa platform (Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management)
o Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes
o Experience in Coupa configuration (suppliers, catalogs, approval workflows, invoicing, expense management)
o Hands-on experience in integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, CPI, etc.)
o Experience working with SAP integration (IDocs, APIs, or middleware-based integration)
o Knowledge of supplier onboarding, catalog management, and invoice processing in Coupa
o Experience in data migration, data mapping, and master data management
o Strong understanding of finance and procurement workflows
o Experience in testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production support
Good to Have Skills
o Coupa Certification (Big Plus)
o Experience with Coupa Analytics / Reporting
o Exposure to cloud-based SaaS implementations
o Knowledge of compliance and audit processes in procurement systems
Project/Delivery Experience
o Experience working in end-to-end Coupa implementations (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Support)
o Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions
o Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
o Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
