Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Architect to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of Coupa Spend Management solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation of procurement and finance automation processes, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise ERP systems and other business applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Coupa Spend Management solutions.
• Configure and optimize Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, and Supplier Management.
• Integrate Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, or Workday.
• Design and manage integrations using APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
• Lead data migration, supplier data management, and system configuration activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and functional teams.
• Work closely with procurement and finance stakeholders to improve Source-to-Pay processes.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance standards.
Key Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or spend management systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Coupa implementation and configuration
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) process expertise
• ERP integration experience (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)
• API integrations and middleware tools
• Data migration and supplier onboarding
• Solution architecture and technical leadership
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
