Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This Scrum Master/Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery of public cloud outcomes for a critical infrastructure portfolio. This role blends enterprise delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and lean portfolio management to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business outcomes while remaining compliant with enterprise standards. The role partners closely with senior business and technology leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor a diverse portfolio of initiatives using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities: - Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
- Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs and workstreams
- Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, and outcomes to senior management
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
- Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs
- Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
- Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls
- Support audit and risk initiatives and partner with Risk and Compliance teams to mitigate risks
Requirements: - Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
- Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, and Public Cloud technologies
- Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training

- Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- PM / PO certifications
Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
