Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role supports a Private Cloud Transformation program focused on delivering infrastructure-as-code into new strategic datacenters. The Scrum Master / Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, coordination, and delivery of strategic programs, blending enterprise delivery leadership with lean portfolio management to achieve targeted business outcomes. This position requires a minimum of 3 days on-site.
Responsibilities: - Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
- Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs, projects, and workstreams
- Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes to senior management
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
- Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs
- Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
- Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls
Requirements: - Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to influence, communicate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Program and project management experience across multiple initiatives and delivery stages
- Expertise with Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
- Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
- Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training

- Certified Scrum Master
- SAFe / Agile certifications
- Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- PM / PO certifications
Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
