Experience working with Manhattan WMi/WMS solution.

Job Description:

We are seeking a QA to join our Ecommerce Fulfillment team. The Quality Assurance Analyst will design test cases and scenarios based on stories from the business users.

The QA Analyst is responsible for adhering to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards, overseeing and/or participating in all aspects of project testing.

Skills/Duties:

• Participates in requirements, use cases, and user story reviews.
• Provides accurate estimates for QA resources and testing schedules.
• Creates and gains project approval on project test plans.
• Ensures test cases are traceable to originating story/requirement and those tests fully test feature requirements and/or user story acceptance criteria.
• Assists with standardized reporting and QA metrics.
• Manages defects appropriately by assigning, monitoring, and providing timely communication through the defect lifecycle.
• Conducts QA risk management process throughout the test plan phase, defining and differentiating between risk, defect, and issue.
• Attends team and project meetings as necessary.
• Organized, able to meet milestones and deadlines, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience and knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain systems.
• General working knowledge or experience working with Ecommerce Fulfillment businesses.
• Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience working with Manhattan WMi/WMS solution.
• Knowledge on SQL
• Knowledge on Integration

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
