Compensation Range: $80-$90 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Lead to drive the technical design, development, and delivery of our Property & Casualty (P&C) core platforms. Based in Markham, ON, this role requires strong technical authority over PolicyCenter (PC) and ClaimCenter (CC) to lead development teams, architect scalable integrations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Qualifications

Industry Experience: 8+ years in P&C Insurance IT, with 5+ years specifically leading Guidewire PC and CC implementations.

Modern Architecture: Strong background in microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud deployment standards (Guidewire Cloud experience is a strong plus), and relational databases (SQL, Oracle).

Delivery & Tools: Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Certifications: Official Guidewire PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter certifications are strongly preferred.
