Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of enterprise web and mobile application programs built on .NET, React, AWS, and modern cloud architectures.

This is a hands-on technical delivery leadership role requiring a strong combination of technical depth, delivery ownership, client management, and onsite/offshore team leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing complex delivery programs while also deep diving into architecture, engineering challenges, solution decisions, and production issues when required.

The role requires excellent problem-solving, leadership, client communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to represent engineering and offshore teams confidently in front of client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise web, mobile, and cloud application programs.
  • Lead large engineering teams operating in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
  • Manage delivery commitments, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall program execution.
  • Serve as a primary technical and delivery interface between client stakeholders and onsite/offshore engineering teams.
  • Manage client expectations and delivery uncertainties, particularly within fixed-price and outcome-driven engagements.
  • Drive technical discussions and deep dives across .NET, React, AWS, mobile, API, integration, and database solutions.
  • Work closely with architects and engineering leads to review solution approaches and ensure technical decisions align with business and delivery objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership during complex development, integration, performance, deployment, and production issues.
  • Coordinate across engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, product, business, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Drive release readiness, delivery governance, quality, risk management, and production deployment activities.
  • Identify delivery risks early and establish appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between client, onsite, and offshore teams.
  • Drive engineering discipline around CI/CD, code quality, testing, observability, security, and production readiness.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI across the SDLC to improve engineering productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong technical background in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework, including REST API development.
  • Strong understanding of modern frontend development using React.js, including Hooks, Context API, functional components, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience or strong working knowledge of C#/.NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile application development across Android and iOS.
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud and serverless architectures.
  • Experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge/Event Bus, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, and Application Load Balancer.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, APIs, integrations, and distributed application architectures.
  • Experience with SQL Server and enterprise data integration patterns.
  • Understanding of enterprise Authentication and Authorization, including SSO and RBAC.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and Git repositories.
  • Ability to review architecture and technical solutions and challenge engineering teams when required.
  • Experience leveraging AI within the SDLC on at least one enterprise project.
Leadership & Delivery Requirements
  • Proven experience leading large technical teams in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
  • Strong experience owning delivery of complex enterprise application programs.
  • Experience managing fixed-price programs, delivery commitments, scope, dependencies, risks, and client expectations.
  • Ability to represent engineering and offshore teams directly with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong technical depth with the ability to participate in detailed engineering and architecture discussions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across business, technology, architecture, product, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance technical quality, delivery timelines, business priorities, and client expectations.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service or similar enterprise task/work management platforms.
  • Experience delivering mobile applications and optimizing mobile backend services.
  • Knowledge of retry strategies, Dead Letter Queue (DLQ) patterns, and resilient distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event sourcing.
  • Experience leading modernization or cloud transformation programs involving .NET and AWS.
