IT Deport Support Technician will support daily activities as directed. Configure, troubleshoot, install, computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices to be sent to end-users. Responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring workstations, and managing IT inventory, and provided elevated technical support.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Hardware and Software Support
Setting Up, configuring, and troubleshooting, laptops, desktops, and printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshooting
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and basic network issues
Asset Management
Maintaining IT inventory, tracking computer components, and ensuring security standards
Other Duties
Packing and Shipping of Devices, Testing Monitors, Imaging Computers
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 4 years of strong PC Support- Hands-On
Strong knowledge of OS(Windows/Mac/Linux), Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware components
Ability to diagnose complex issues and apply technical knowledge to resolve them efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical staff
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, IT or relevant certifications
