Are you an experienced Project or Program Manager with an engineering background who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder management, and knows how to drive projects from concept to completion?

We are seeking a highly motivated Project/Program Manager III to support critical initiatives within a large-scale engineering and operations environment. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple workstreams, coordinate vendors, communicate effectively with leadership, and proactively identify and mitigate risks while keeping projects on track.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and coordinate complex project and program initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Drive vendor performance and accountability through ongoing coordination and scorecard reviews.
  • Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings and project status reviews.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, project updates, and performance metrics.
  • Identify blockers early and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Influence cross-functional partners and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE:

Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Infrastructure, Operations Engineering, or related field)

5+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience

  • Experience leading large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and influence skills
  • Experience working directly with vendors, contractors, or external partners
