We are looking for an experienced *Java Technical Lead* with 10+ years of expertise in enterprise application development, software architecture, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications while serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, and modern software engineering practices. The candidate will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, while leading an offshore development team to ensure successful project delivery.

* Design, architect, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
* Provide hands-on development across the full technology stack and contribute to critical coding activities.
* Lead technical design discussions and establish architecture, coding, and development standards.
* Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and infrastructure.
