The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives with technical execution by partnering with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in full-stack application development, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and AI-enabled engineering practices. The candidate will lead end-to-end solution architecture, mentor an offshore development team, and drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
