Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with Product Owner experience and focus to support migration from custom in-house platform to cloud-based SaaS. This role is on site 5 days in Columbus, OH.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related roles in a technology-driven environment
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

What Sets You Apart:
* Experience acting in a Product Owner capacity
* Experience or supporting large-scale platform transformations
* Background in retail energy, utilities, or complex B2B platforms (nice to have but not required)
* Demonstrated success in driving platform improvements and cross-functional initiatives
* Experience improving delivery performance, reducing cycle time, or increasing throughput

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
