We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Operations Ask HR team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support to employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely responses to HR inquiries while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions, providing clear and accurate information via our internal ticketing system.
Research and resolve employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR specialists as needed.
Support HR team members with administrative tasks, including data entry, document review, and process tracking.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and streamline HR processes.
Ensure all work is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Previous experience in HR operations, customer service, or a related administrative role preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
