Job Summary

  • The HRIS Associate, People & Culture provides day to day administrative and operational support for the U.S. firm's Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, specific to Recruiting/Core HR. This role focuses on responding to user inquiries, managing support requests, maintaining system documentation, and supporting recurring HRIS operations, and ensuring HR technology processes run smoothly and consistently.
  • The role partners closely with HR stakeholders, HRIS team members, and employees to ensure reliable service delivery, clear communication, and effective use of HR systems.
  • This position is well suited for someone who is detail oriented, service focused, and comfortable supporting HR technology in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Administrative & End User Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for HRIS support, responding to and triaging incoming tickets and requests through the HR Helpdesk.
  • Provide day to day administrative support for Oracle HCM modules, including performance, reporting, and managing HR Helpdesk tickets.
  • Track, prioritize, document, and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Support internal clients by answering functional questions, troubleshooting basic system issues, and guiding users to appropriate resources.
  • Coordinate with HRIS team members to support issue resolution and ongoing system operations.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create, update, and maintain HRIS documentation, including job aids, process guides, FAQs, and end user instructions.
  • Assist with documenting business processes, minor system configurations, and operational procedures with a strong attention to detail.
  • Contribute to knowledge management repositories to support consistent service delivery and reduce repeat inquiries.

HRIS Operations & System Administration

  • Perform recurring operational and maintenance activities within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Maintain system data and content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Assist with auditing system settings, user roles, and access to support data governance and compliance requirements.
  • Support testing and validation activities related to system updates, enhancements, or fixes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and increase efficiency in support processes.

Reporting & Data Support

  • Provide administrative assistance for standard and ad hoc HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Help monitor existing reports and integrations, escalating issues when data discrepancies or failures are identified.
  • Partner with reporting and analytics teams to support data accuracy, timeliness, and usability.
  • Follow defined security and privacy standards when handling people data.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with HR stakeholders and HRIS team members to support adoption and effective use of HR systems.
  • Contribute to issue tracking and collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support project based or ad-hoc administrative needs as assigned.

Required skills & experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting or administering HRIS or HCM systems; Oracle HCM experience preferred.
  • Experience working in an administrative, operational, or support oriented role within HR, HRIS, or a professional services environment is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfort with web based systems.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
