Summary

Job Title: Oracle HCM Project Manager

Location: Remote Job + Travel

Duration: 6 Months+

Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • This role requires strong project management expertise along with functional knowledge of HCM processes such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Recruiting.
  • The candidate will ensure successful project delivery while aligning business and HR transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, functional consultants, and vendors
  • Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and business process re-engineering
  • Oversee key HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems (Payroll providers, benefits systems, etc.)
  • Ensure successful execution of testing phases (SIT, UAT) and deployment activities
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive change management, training, and user adoption initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of IT experience with 4 6 years in Oracle HCM project management
  • Proven experience managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle)
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Oracle PPM
