VP of Infastructure & Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a VP of Infastructure & Operations that provides strategic and operational leadership for -driving reliability, security, and scalability across the enterprise. This role leads multiple teams including Helpdesk, Application Support, Production Support, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. The VP will shape the technology strategy, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with the firm's business goals, regulatory requirements, and client service standards.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the technology organization, ensuring uptime, performance, and exceptional service delivery to internal associates and external financial professionals
* Direct the firm's cybersecurity framework and incident response strategies, ensuring compliance with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory bodies. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and testing to maintain a strong security posture
* Lead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure-including networks, servers, data centers, and cloud environments-to ensure resilience, scalability, and modernization
* Evaluate and manage technology vendors, cloud providers, and managed service partners
* Negotiate and maintain cost-effective contracts and SLAs that align with organizational needs
* Maintain and evolve the firm's business continuity and disaster recovery programs to ensure operational resilience
* Oversee adherence to information security policies, technology standards, and industry regulations across all technology functions
* Guide Helpdesk and Production/Application Support teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and empathetic support experiences
* Establish service standards and metrics for continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 required within 12 months of being hired
* Advanced experience in IT leadership experience, enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure preferred), and cybersecurity frameworks
* Must bring strong technical acumen, the ability to drive organizational change, and a people-first leadership style that inspires collaboration and accountability across the department and the firm

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
