Summary

Workday Leave of Absence

Introduction:

We are looking for a Workday LOA Certified Consultant with strong expertise in configuring and supporting Absence and Leave of Absence processes within Workday HCM.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Workday Absence and Leave modules
Design leave plans, eligibility rules, and accrual calculations
Ensure compliance with FMLA and state leave programs
Partner with HR stakeholders to streamline leave processes
Conduct testing and resolve configuration issues
Support integrations related to absence and benefits
Active Workday Absence / Leave of Absence Certification (required)

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Active Workday Absence / Leave of Absence Certification (required)
5–7+ years of Workday HCM experience
Experience with LOA implementations and support
Knowledge of US leave laws and compliance requirements
Ability to work PST hours

Preferred:

Experience with multi-state leave configurations
Strong documentation and communication skills
