Workday Engagement Manager

Introduction:

The Engagement Manager / Project Manager will lead Workday implementation and enhancement initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance)
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder updates
• Oversee go-live and stabilization activities

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading Workday implementations (HCM, Payroll preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage distributed teams
• Ability to work PST hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• Prior experience in large enterprise environments
