Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business and functional software requirements to create detailed test cases and test scripts.
Design, develop, and execute functional and regression test plans. Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Document test results and generate test reports.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. ͏
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency & experience as a Functional Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst.
Extensive experience working on PLM (Team Center) Projects.
This is a BA role who has experience working on requirements and documenting it, in addition to that person will be responsible for writing test cases and executing testcases and validations during/For UAT.
5+ Year of BA experience in a large organization and 5+ year of Test script writer/Executer is required.
Professional expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Technically experienced with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scripts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
ITQB or other relevant software testing certification.
Experience with Team Center PLM Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
