UI/UX Researcher

We are looking for a UI/UX Researcher to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through research and data analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centered digital experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in UX Researcher

• Experience in UX research, usability testing, or human-centered design.

• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and tools (e.g., Figma, Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting, Google Analytics).

• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user psychology.
