UX Researcher

12 Months Contract
Key responsibilities:
1. You will work cross functionally with product owners, product managers, experience
designers, content designers, and other partners to help identify and define research projects
and objectives
2. You will scope, plan, and conduct user research and testing projects
1. Able to suggest appropriate methods for questions asked by product, design, and other
partners
2. Able to decide and advocate for appropriate sample size for each method
3. You will independently program research studies into necessary tools, conduct quality assurance
4. Analyze results, generate actionable insights and share them with partners as well as the
broader organization
Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):
1. A great understanding of UX research modalities and methods
2. At least 3-4 years of experience working in finance, insurance, or healthcare
3. At least 4-5 years of experience in remote, in-person, moderated, and unmoderated user research;
including but not limited to usability testing, interviews, surveys, click test, card sorts, tree testing, etc.
4. Experience with testing platforms (Maze, Qualtrics, Figma, and GlassBox).
