UX Researcher

Position Responsibilities:

• You will work cross functionally with product owners, product managers, experience designers, content designers, and other partners to help identify and define research projects and objectives
• You will scope, plan, and conduct user research and testing projects
  • Able to suggest appropriate methods for questions asked by product, design, and other partners
  • Able to decide and advocate for appropriate sample size for each method
• You will independently program research studies into necessary tools, conduct quality assurance
• Analyze results, generate actionable insights and share them with partners as well as the broader organization.

Preferred industry background: financial, insurance, healthcare.

Must have technical skills/experience: 
1. A great understanding of UX research modalities and methods
2. At least 3-4 years of experience working in finance, insurance, or healthcare
3. At least 4-5 years of experience in remote, in-person, moderated, and unmoderated user research; including but not limited to usability testing, interviews, surveys, click test, card sorts, tree testing, etc.
4. Experience with testing platforms (Maze, Qualtrics, Figma, and GlassBox).
