Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in Insurance
- Good to have: Experience in FAIR plans, Grants Management programs
- Understanding of:
- Policy lifecycle and eligibility validation
- Claims-like fulfilment processes (inspection, approval, payment)
- Funding allocation and compliance controls
Functional & Analytical Skills
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- Workflow and process modeling (L1/L2/L3)
- Business rules definition (rules engine concepts)
- Experience designing:
- Role-based platforms
- Configurable workflow systems
Tools & Methods
- JIRA / Azure DevOps
- Visio / Lucidchart (process diagrams)
- Confluence or similar documentation tools
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
Work Site: Remote (EST)
Duration: 6 Months
Expected Start Date: Immediate
