Product manager (Product and technical business analyst)
Location: Orlando, FL
Type: Contract
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the client project SME to
collect and document the necessary survey data variables and data
transformation logic for each project view.
This role needs understanding customer survey data, various measures around
customer survey & their necessary aggregations and clearly documenting and
translating implementations, so ETL developers can easily understand the
requirements, implementation, and test.
Responsibilities
Interact with business domain SMEs to gather requirements, understand the
measures/variables, understand necessary weighted and non-weighted
measures and help in necessary role-up and aggregations.
Requirements gathering / analysis to enable project team to understand
functional / technical requirements
Collaborate and assist with managing technical projects and/or provide
guidance to other members of the team as required.
Leadership in handling technical issues and escalations
Familiar with different project management tool such as Jira for story writing
and progress tracking
PowerPoint Decks for presentation of status or deliverables
Excel for data collection tables.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
College degree from an accredited university (Bachelor of Science in
Engineering or Computer Science or statistics/analytics is preferred).
Needs to have 5+ years’ work experience as product manager (technical
business analysts).
Knowledge/Experience in customer survey data and various customer
measures.
Exceedingly high analytical skills in analyzing the survey variables, measures
(direct and derived), understanding of weight and non-weight measures in this
space
Exceptional written and verbal skills including presentation skills and Good
Documentation Skills

Confident ability to interface with internal and external customers.
