Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain (Payer & Provider) to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, and data transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
Drive projects within Health Insurance (Payer & Provider) environments including claims, enrollment, billing, and care management
Manage data migration projects, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, data engineers, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk logs
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
Oversee data quality, governance, and integrity during migration activities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies or manage projects using Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies
Provide regular status reports and stakeholder communication
Identify risks/issues and drive mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Project Management
Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare Payer & Provider
Hands-on experience with data migration / data conversion projects
Experience with healthcare systems such as:
- Claims processing systems
- EHR/EMR systems
- Enrollment & billing platforms
Familiarity with ETL processes, data mapping, and validation
Strong understanding of SQL, data analysis, or data warehousing concepts
Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of FHIR, HL7 standards
Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks
