Education requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Applied Mathematics, Computer Science (with focus on AI, analytics, cloud, or strategy), Software Engineering (with exposure to AI, automation, or prototyping), or Human‑Computer Interaction / UX.
Core competencies include analytical thinking, strong communication skills, project management fundamentals, and technical fluency. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Azure) is a plus.
Preferred skills:
· Experience through coursework, projects, or internships in agentic AI solutions, automation concepts, AI‑enabled workflows, data analysis using Excel or Power BI, structured problem‑solving, and moving from problem identification to hypothesis and prototype development.
· Ways of working: the ability to operate independently with a solution‑oriented mindset, navigate a matrixed organization, take ownership of deliverables end‑to‑end, and adapt to ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Soft skills:
